Dear guest, please take note of the following information:

• Continental Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 in the dining room upstairs.

• We serve Beer, Wine, and beverages in the Lounge until 21:30 PM. 

• Reception closes at 18:00 PM and reopens at 06:30 AM.

• After hours, please enter via the parking lot on Windhüker Street, as the front door on Theo-Ben Gurirab Street will be closed. A night guard is on duty.

• You can find fresh produce, arts and crafts, coffee, cake, wine, and beer at our in-house store – OSTORA.

• We offer a daily laundry service available at Reception.
   

TAKE NOTE

• Please be aware that our rooms do not have fridges. Instead, there is a self-catering kitchen for your use.

• Our rooms do not have TV’s, instead the Wi-Fi is accessible from all rooms; simply request the code at Reception.

• Rooms are serviced only upon request. Please arrange with management for cleaning, as cleaning staff will not enter guest rooms without supervision.

• Given water scarcity in Namibia, we kindly ask that you consider reusing your towels; there are ample towel rails and hooks available. If you require fresh towels, please inquire at the reception.

• No Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, and violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee charged to your account.

• No Visitors. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. Rooms can be used only by paying, registered guests. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all parties found in breach by the security firm.

• Please book Pet Friendly rooms in advance. See Pet Friendly Policy.

• Guests are expected to be respectful of noise during the evenings, ensuring no disturbance to other guests or causing any nuisance or annoyance. Intoxicated guests who are loud and disruptive may be denied re-entry.

• Tips and gratuities can be placed in the Tip Box, rather than given directly to the staff. Please ask the Manager for the TIP BOX.
